Founded in 1857, the Science Museum in London is located in South Kensington and free to visit. The museum is packed with extraordinary interactive exhibits including an IMAX 3D Cinema. “The Science Museum has over 300,000 objects in its care, with particular strengths in the history of western science, technology and medicine since 1700” (Science Museum, 2010).
